Weather Policy - Time will not be added back for inclement weather cancellations. If you are weather adverse it is recommended that you purchase individual events. If there is only one participant in a class or a playing event, management reserves the right to cancel an event. Lightning within 10 miles of a location will result in immediate suspension of play and will resume when conditions are safe. Refunds will only be applied if participants purchase individual classes or playing events.

Covid Policy - Due to the on going global pandemic, participants are asked to not attend events if they are feeling sick or if they have been exposed to someone who has been sick. If a person needs to quarantine, please contact management in order to suspend membership until it is medically safe to return to activity. In addition, masks are a mandate in the state of Virginia when indoors. Please wear a mask when social distancing is not possible.  

Bookings & Cancellations - Bookings must be done at least 6 hours prior to the start of a class to ensure coverage of the class. Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in limited access to bookings in the future. Classes can be booked 2 weeks in advance.
